Yes, the power cord is included and permanently attached to the cell. While Hayward pictures the unions in their imagery for identification purposes, they do not include unions in the box with the cell, as it is meant to replace an existing cell and connect to existing unions without having to re-install. The unions are available as separate parts in both 2" and 1.5" sizes.
