I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says "inspect cell". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. I tried that and the light is still on. Do you think it is simply used up. Is there any way to check to see if it has any life left? View answer

I just installed the core 35 and it works great. My pump is on a timer and my generator is plugged in. When the pump turns off the unit shows "no flow". Is it ok to just leave it on with the no flow indicator or will cause a problem with my generator ? I have no problem hard wiring it to the timer, do I just cut the plug off and wire to timer ? or is there a separate power cable sold for hard wire to timer ? View answer

I have an easy touch control center powering my current IC40. I don't use the control center to communicate to the ic40, rather I just use the control center to power the cell. Will the cell work the same or do I need to purchase a separate power center. View answer

I have been given the task of choosing a salt chlorine generator for our pool since I want to convert to salt water. I don't want to make a mistake and I am not knowledgeable in this area. With that said, after much research I am choosing the CircuPool RJ Plus, but I am not 100% sure which model. We live in North Florida and our 25k gallon pool is in a partially shaded area. It warms up, but never gets too hot like our previous fully exposed pool. Which model should I get, the 30 or 45? View answer
