I have a small (6000 gallon) fiberglass pool, located in Florida. Is there such a thing as too much when it comes to the size of the chlorinator? For example, will I hurt anything if I choose a SJ-20 versus a SJ-15? View answer

What is the maintenance like to acid wash the cell, for pentair I used a "stand" on the cell with a water / acid mix, does this use the same kinda stand? View answer

Is the ""low salt"" and ""high salt"" determined in the RJ-45 Plus salt generating cell? I have lately have had the controller show ""low salt"" and ""check cell"" and I have carefully cleaned the cell as instructed 3 times in the last 4 weeks View answer

I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? What are the dimensions of the O-Ring? The xxxx on cover I have is 5"" across and 4 5/8"" just inside the lip of the cover. I do not see any groove in the clear housing for an O-Ring. I have the Breeze Salt Generating System Model 760 and we just replaced the housing. View answer

I am unsure of the Breeze model I have, so I asked my pool guy how many gallons my pool is, he thinks it's 20,000 gallons but unsure. I am thinking that the unit is the Breeze 320, but your replacement shows to have 3 blades, mine has 5, would this likely be a different model than the 320? View answer

I have a Pentair sys with IC 40 and have read that Pentair says I can replace it with a IC 60 and set it at a lower setting and it will last longer. Can I use the CFICGEN60 to replace the IC 40 that is going bad the same way View answer

The red ""salt level"" light is blinking and the display message on the controller says ""WARNING: ADD WATER"" The unit will not generate chlorine. My salt level is fine and my pool chemistry is perfect, but I am having to manually add chlorine. I cannot find anything about this error in the owners manual or online. View answer

Have a pool using a Hayward Aqua-rite T-3 is this T-9 a direct replacement? Would like to increase output. I know I will have to reprogram the control unit. Are control units same for all sizes of cells? When I say direct replacement I mean no plumbing, just unscrew old and xxxx on the new plus reprogram of course. View answer

I have a Jandy AquaLink RS system but dont know how loosing the "RS-485 or data connection" will affect me? The AquaLink RS has an indoor control panel program timer to automatically start/stop the equipment - will this salt cell still start/stop on that timer? View answer
