The system constantly is saying that required to be clean. I remove the cell multiple times to clean an still see the same message?

Typically with a salt system, if you are still getting any kind of "clean cell" or "low salt message", and you DO actually have a clean cell, good salt level, full water flow, tight cable connections, and basically everything else is right, that is what you will see when the cell itself needs to be replaced.
