My pool is approximately 17,800 gallons. Will a 3 cell breeze salt cell be enough to take care of chlorinating my pool?

If you currently have a Breeze 540, I would not put a 320 cell on your pool - that's a pretty big downgrade and it would put you right at its max capacity. More power is better - your salt system will work less hard to keep the pool clean, last longer, and you can turn it up higher to knock out problems when you eventually need it.
