UV from the sun is not the same as pool UV sanitation. This unit deactivates micro-organisms so they can't multiply, thereby greatly reducing the chlorine demand of the pool water.
We have a chlorine application system in our HOA pool, 45,000 gal. Since we have really high natural UV daytime levels, can we only run the UV system in order to avoid destroying chlorine levels we apply? CMP Wave UV-C 50 Ultraviolet Sanitizer System for Residential Pools UV Sanitizers
