Well, there are two issues here. The Turbo Cell 940 is an extended life version of the T Cell 15. The standard life T-15s will fit and operate correctly in place of a 940, but won't have the extended life. The other issue is that you identified a 25,000 gallon-rated after market T Cell 9. These cells will also fit and operate correctly on the F-9 cell setting. However, these cells are standard life cells and with the lower rating they will produce less chlorine than the 40,000-rated T15s.
