Greetings Jon, yes this is would be a very easy ""drop-in"" replacement - and a good upgrade too. You can easily unscrew your old cell and put the new one in place in the plumbing. You can unscrew your flow switch from its existing pvc fitting and put the new one in place. And you should be able to trace the old system's power cable back and put the new cable hooked up the same. Better yet, you don't get a warranty penalty with this brand if you install it yourself either.
