I have an old (and broken) Zodiac LM3-24 salt water generator installed on my pool. The previous owners of the house installed it and didn't maintain it very well, and the entire system is now in need of replacement. I am looking for a new system that I can fit into the existing space that the LM3-24 is currently occupying, without having to cut or drill anything. Will the CircuPool RJ-45 or -60 be a direct replacement for the LM3-24 that I have or will it require some extra cutting? I also have a Pentair Intellitouch i9+3 control panel. Will the RJ-45 or -60 interface with that system?

Because of its shape and size, there unfortunately isn't going to be a system that will replace your old zodiac without cutting out the original cell. However, the RJ models are available with a ""Vertical Install Kit"" that brings its footprint on your plumbing down to about seven inches, so that it should be fairly easy to fit in existing tight spaces. Give us a call and we're glad to go over more details and wiring info, 866-766-5243.
