I have the following setup VSP Pentair 1.5 hp 1-1/2"" pipes SWG: CircuPool RJ+60 Gallons 43,000 To run pump 24/7 will need to run at 30-35 gpm to properly filter the water over night. Will SWG work at this rate?

Most salt chlorinators typically need a small amount of flow in the 20-30 gpm range in order for the Flow Switch to allow chlorine generation and so at 30-35 gpm you should be fine. However, the real key is to simply observe whether that level of waterflow keeps your No Flow light off. Absent a warning light you are good to go.
