As Ecomatic cells are very old and no longer readily available in the US, these are generic cell that we have made - they are not the Ecomatic brand. As is the case for most items we carry, simply call us if you have any questions or concerns - during normal business hours there is usually less than a minute wait time. If there is an issue with the equipment, we can get you connected with the warranty support team so that the cell can be tested and replaced if necessary.
