Is this cleaner OK to use in either salt water pools and chlorine? I'm going to converting my chlorine pool to salt water now at the same time, so I want to make sure they work together fine.

Yes, you can use in ""salt pool"" and definitely convert to salt. You’ll be amazed at difference. A salt pool just means you are using an electronic chlorine generator instead of manually buying and adding chlorine.
