How to Check Expiration
- Each reagent bottle has a lot number printed on the label.
- You can decode it using LaMotte’s system:
- First two digits = week of manufacture
- Third digit = last digit of the year
- Example: Lot number 4951222 = 49th week of 2015
- Use the Reagent Shelf Life Chart to determine the exact expiration date.
The Tester does not require manual recalibration under normal use. It’s a pre-calibrated digital photometer, designed to deliver accurate results without user calibration.
