The "pump" you reference is actually only a pump motor. If you had specified an actual variable speed pump, the answer would come from calculating the TDH (Total Dynamic Head) faced by the pump in your circulation system and then for the various speeds identifying the theoretical flow rate for your situation from the manufacturer's performance chart.
