I'm sorry that happened, good news is that it has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer who is Water Tech. You can contact them at 800-298-8800 x205 for tech support.
This lasted 6 months in my small hot Pool Blaster Catfish Cordless Vacuum | Lithium-Powered | Water Tech 20050CL
This lasted six months in my small above ground hot tub. It started out lasting about 45 minutes then went to 30 minutes then it was 10 minutes and now it doesn’t even start at all.
