The warranty on replacement salt cells begins on the original date of purchase, not the installation date.
You’re absolutely welcome to purchase now while the item is on sale and install it later, but the warranty period will still be calculated from the purchase date.
If you’re planning a delayed installation, just keep that timing in mind when deciding when to purchase.
