Unfortunately, no. Your iChlor 15 power supply is only able to operate an iChlor 15 cell. In order to use an IntelliChlor 20, 40, or 60 style cell you would also need an IntelliChlor or IntelliChlor-style Power Center. In other words, you need an entire system and even if you stay with Pentair or Pentair-style equipment you will need some re-plumbing. Consequently you should probably just select whatever system best fits your budget and needs.
