If you have the ability to turn off your pump and leave the chlorine generator on, then turn off the pump, remove the flow switch from the line and hold the toggle closed with your fingers.
If your equipment comes on and off together, you will need to remove the flow switch from the line and tie it closed with a string or rubber band and then re-install it in order to test it.
If the flow switch is working, the no flow light should blink for around 60 seconds and then go out. If if doesn't go out, you may have inadequate flow through the switch and you should increase the pump speed after making certain the filter pressure is not too high. If the filter pressure is too high, then clean/backwash the filter.
If the light does does not go out, filter pressure is low enough and higher pump speeds don't solve it, then since you already installed a new flow switch, the suggestion is of a problem elsewhere in that circuit and we will arrange to get the equipment in for evaluation.
