Your cell is registered for warranty at purchase.
In any year of warranty coverage, if the cell is having problems or "stops working," you call us or CircuPool or use any of the websites' contact provisions and explain what has transpired.
We will advise you based on the specific problem as to what you can do to get it working or, if necessary, arrange to get the cell in for evaluation and repair or replacement as called for.
The warranty prorates over time with full parts coverage in the first two years. In years 3 and 4, parts are supplied at 50% of base price and then 75% of base price.
