Some key points: The window to return items within 30 days of purchase with an eligible RMA. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 30 days to return the item. If you’re outside that window, refunds are not provided and warranty terms apply. Some items cannot be returned at all: chemicals/test kits, pool cleaners, used filter elements, special order or custom items, items under $15, heaters or heat pumps. Warranty issues for those items are handled by the manufacturer. Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected, typically within 1–5 business days after receipt.
