I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble with your pool system. I see you are asking this question from our salt cells page. We aren't familiar with a product "47112" and we don't have any orders or other interactions listed under the email you submitted your question under. Could you check what company you bought your salt cell from, and what brand and model it is? While that information doesn't appear in our system, we are certainly glad to do anything we can to assist you and let you know what options our company has for your particular pool system and situation.
