It is very atypical to have to replace the cell so frequently. Please contact our support team and we are happy to go over your pool system's details to see what factors could be at play or what could be done to prevent this.
On the CORE series, its "Cell Life Low" light is like an odometer - its tracking the hours that you put on it. This doesn't necessarily mean its cell is depleted. Take a look at page 12 and page 15 of the manual for more information about this. Continue to use your cell for as long as it will generate chlorine. If you are running it for longer than the average pool system, say 8-12 hours a day, and that is the way that is best for your pump to run, then consider putting the salt chlorinator on its own timer to run for less time within the times you've programmed the pump to operate.
If there is no other warning light on the system, but you are struggling with the pool's chlorine levels, please go through this guide to verify the system's operation and identify what can be causing the chlorine to be consumed.
If however you are getting another separate warning light, then start by using the troubleshooting guide for that particular light.
We're sorry if you experienced a wait time. There may be times throughout the season or parts of the week where wait times are longer than others, but we have a full staff of people who are happy to speak with you directly. If you don't want to wait, you can also directly create a support ticket with our team here: https://www.discountsaltpool.com/crm....
