Assuming a pool heater is not in operation, if your controller shows a temperature of 155°F while the actual temperature is 88°F, this could indicate a malfunctioning temperature sensor or an issue with the control panel. Follow manufacturer instructions to ensure that the cell is fully clean with no mineral scaling or solids inside, being sure to flush the cell thoroughly after cleaning. Ensure that the both the male and female side of the cell's cable connection are clean and free of damage, and are getting tightly connected. If the error remains, please contact our support team so we can assist further.
