The salt chlorinators and salt cells do not come with a wrench included. In many cases, a wrench is not necessary for tightening or loosening a salt cell from the piping - their threaded collars are usually a very large diameter and have grooves for grip, and they should only be installed hand-tight. However, in the real world it is possible for things to get stuck; in such a case you may want to keep a "strap wrench" on hand for such threaded collars, which is a tool that won't mar or scratch or put too much pressure on fittings when gripping them. IMPORTANT: if wrenches or such tools are every used, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN - this can cause damage - the fittings in questions should be able to seal with hand-tight pressure.
