For most models, a Quick Clean mode on a Variable Speed Pump (VSP) allows for customizable independent programming, typically used for cleaning tasks. This would be a one-touch feature that would let you manually override the pump's current operation temporarily, without affecting its schedule or other settings. Typically, a Quick Clean mode's settings are customizable; you would adjust the running speed and duration to best perform on-demand cleaning of your pool water, vacuuming, or other such tasks.
