Some items qualify for free shipping, and if so, they will be marked with a green "FREE SHIPPING" tag on their product page, near to the item availability message and estimated delivery times link.
Items that have free shipping will typically go out using either UPS Ground or USPS for small items. Please note that if an item is marked on its product page for "free shipping", no additional shipping options will be given at checkout. If this is the case but you want an expedited shipping option, you can call our team to see what the cost and availability is for other shipping options.
For all other items, you can see you shipping costs either from the shopping cart or the checkout screen. When you put an item in your cart, you can get an estimate from the "View Cart" screen by entering your zip code, or see your actual options on the checkout page based on the shipping address you enter. The system will give you real-time costs based on your delivery location and what is in your cart.
Please note that any shipping costs that we display are typically quoted from the carrier directly to you, based on your location and the item(s) in your cart. These costs are our discounted negotiated rates, which are much less than retail shipping costs.
Importantly, both our Terms and Conditions page and our checkout indicate that orders placed after 12PM Central will ship the next business day for in-stock items (unless availability is noted otherwise on the product page). Please also note that most carriers, including UPS in many areas, DO NOT count weekends and holidays in their transit times. This means that overnight shipments on a Friday can get delivered on a Monday.
While we strive in the utmost to fulfill our role of shipping your order out on time, please note that many carriers no longer guarantee their transit time for expedited shipments, and once a shipment been given to the carrier we do not have any control over their delivery of the package.
