No - the CircuPool® CORE Cell Adapter Kit is only designed to be compatible with the body of a CircuPool CORE cell. It would not connect at all to a CircuPool RJ cell, which is also longer than an iChlor. In the scenario you describe of replacing an iChlor 30 with an RJ60+, you would cut the old system out of the plumbing and glue the new system in place.
