I'm getting ready to install a Circupool TJ-16 Typhoon that I purchased from you folks' last fall. My question is, can this be installed outdoors in direct sunlight and not have adverse effects on the clear plastic housing? View answer

Our big issue is hemlock needles. Much shorter than typical evergreen needles at about 1-1.5in so they get through the skimmer and filter baskets and once they clog the de filter they also don't rinse out with a backwash. But they are light enough to float. Will this pre filter help or will they get through because they aren't heavy enough? View answer
