Is this just the salt cell by itself? Or is this a salt cell, flow switch and controller (just no power supply?)?

This product is an aftermarket replacement cell that is an alternative replacement for the Pentair® IntelliChlor® IC60® 521105 salt cell. It is the electrode, integrated flow switch, and integrated controller; its cable would get hooked up to an existing power supply. Down the road this item's inner electrode cell is replaceable separate from the integrated flow controller or flow switch, which can greatly reduce the cost of ownership.
