Does it come with the PVC fittings that xxxx onto to the ends? The old ones on my Intellichlor are cracked and they have a slow drip leak.

That's correct - it comes with the threaded collars and pvc slip fittings that would be needed for a new install. Most people don't need to use them, but if your existing fittings are defunct, then that would be a good time to replumb.
