Kidney shape and free-form pools are always hard to estimate. For ease of calculation, I recommend treating it like an oval: multiply the length x width x average depth x 6.7 to get the number of gallons. For pool system capacity, it is better to be on the safe side and over-estimate the size rather than under-estimate.
