I see in an earlier question, someone asked about the voltage requirements for the unit. I see that the answer was based on 110V or 220V (which I assume is Split phase). My area (north east usa) is primarily 120V -240 V split phase. Is this going to be an issue with your unit? Do i have to cap my Voltage with a transformer?

No extra transformers are required. It is very simple to hook up. It comes pre-configured to accept 220V power, which most pool equipment uses. It is meant to go on the same circuit as the pump. If you have smaller pool equipment that happens to use 110V, the manual has instructions to set it up as well.
