No, your automation control system is not intended to be replaced by a chlorine generator like the RJ60+. You would keep everything you have, and add typically add the chlorine generator on the same circuit as the pump. The chlorine generator activates/deactivates in tandem with the pump, and the chlorine generator's controls determine how much chlorination it provides.
