Have you cleaned the cell a few times? Dirty salt cells can read low salt / water.
The red ""salt level"" light is blinking and the display message on the controller says ""WARNING: ADD WATER"" The unit will not generate chlorine. My salt level is fine and my pool chemistry is perfect, but I am having to manually add chlorine. I cannot find anything about this error in the owners manual or online.
