If cleaning previously fixed the issue, check inside that you haven't got more mineral scaling (it can happen as fast as 24 hours). An problem with the flow sensor will primarily cause a no-flow warning light.
I have had my chlorinator for 2 years. Recently it has been giving a low salt reading and not running. After testing salt (3600), cleaning and calibration of unit. It worked fine for 2 days.
