The industry standard is getting a salt chlorinator with a max capacity which is at least 1.5x to 2x the capacity of your actual pool size. Give your very large 70k pool size, you might consider either this Autopilot PPM5 salt chlorinator or a CircuPool RJ60 salt chlorinator (two largest units) and then use it in combination with an ozone generator. This would typically provide the total sanitation capacity needed so that the system don't have to be running at 100% output just to keep up with normal conditions, and then you would be able to ""turn it up"" on demand if pool problems arise.
