Pentair made an Ichlor 15 and Ichlor30 salt cells, not to be confused with the Intellichlor 20,40, and 60. The Ichlor cells are a bit smaller in length and sometimes had a smaller power supply that plugged into a 120V AC outlet. If you have the larger Pentair power center on the wall then yes you can use the APX cell to replace it with. You will need to replumb as it is longer than what you have now but the cell comes with all the necessary plumbing unions to do this. I would recommend the APX-P11-40R to replace the Ichlor 30 to make sure you have enough chlorine output.
If you're unsure about the power supply and if the APX cell will work for sure with your equipment feel free to give our tech support a call and have a photo of the power supply ready to txt over to one of our techs.

The APX PERFORMANCE P40 Aftermarket Replacement Cell will operate correctly with the iChlor Power Center, and its threads align with those of the iChlor 30. However, some re-plumbing is necessary due to differing cell lengths (the P-cell is longer). Additionally, ensure the P40's capacity is adequate for your pool (which is likely if the iChlor30 was sized right), but its worth checking that the manufacturer's rated capacity is at least 1.5 to 2 times your pool volume to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
