No, you do not need to drain and refill your pool. However, this is a good time to check your water chemistry and if you are over 50 on your Cyanuric Acid (CYA) or if your Calcium Hardness, or Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are too high, then you should take the opportunity to partially drain and top up in order to get them into range.
