Yes, the APX PERFORMANCE P40 Aftermarket Replacement Cell can be mounted vertically, so long as water flows through the cell in the correct direction as marked on the body of the cell. Please note that if water is flowing downward through your vertical piping, this will necessitate the display readout and buttons to be upside-down when viewed; if water is flowing upward through your vertical piping, the display will be right-side up when viewed.
