The primary reason a SJ model triggers a flow error light would be related to water flow and/or the flow switch.
First, confirm the pump has normal circulation: clean/backwash the filter, empty baskets, make sure valves are fully open, and briefly run the pump at a higher speed if it is variable-speed. Then inspect the flow-switch cable and connector for a loose connection, damage, or corrosion, and verify the sensor is installed in the correct flow direction. Note that the flow error light will come on if there is a pocket of air in the cell and/or if the air sensor (a small metal tab visible at the top of the cell above its plates) is damaged.
There is not a fuse specifically for the Flow light. If circulation is clearly good, and the warning remains on, it is possible the flow switch is at issue issue. It is possible to troubleshoot the switch itself - a qualified person can shut off the pool equipment, unscrew the flow switch from its PVC tee housing, and temporarily trigger it manually by securing it with something like a rubber band, then if upon reinstalling the flow switch the issue still occurs at this point then the flow switch may need to be replaced; if the issue goes away then it is likely that something is causing the flow switch to not get triggered correctly. Importantly, please do not leave the the flow switch manually triggered other than for troubleshooting purposes, since it is an important safety device. If needed, open a support ticket with the SJ20A serial number and even photos of the installation/flow-switch connection, and we can help confirm the needed replacement part.
