Typically, it's recommended to select a unit that can handle at least 1.5 - 2 times your pool's size, so a unit with a capacity of around 10,000 - 15,000 gallons (or more) would likely be ideal to ensure efficient chlorine production. For a 7000-gallon pool, this might include models ranging from the ECHLOR 12k, to the Saltron Retro (if its an above-ground pool), to the SJ20. The RJ30 you asked the question about is also a great model which would likely have more than enough power to do the job.
