When using a variable speed pump that is self timed, the circupool SJ35 gets wired to a constant power source and is turned on and off by the flow control switch? Is the Circupool SJ35 a 120 or 220 system? View answer

is the 1.5 hp variable speed pump the one i should be using for a 3000 gallon in ground indoor splash pool? Currently there is a .75 hp constant rpm pump with 2" piping and runs at 12 psi. View answer

I just bought a CircuPool SmartFlo VS 1.5. How long should it take to prime? I have filled basket up and turned pump on and opened pressure valve on filter. In videos it seems like it only takes a few seconds for water to start coming out of pressure valve on filter. I have left my pump on for 3-4 min and never get water. Shut off pump cause afraid of hurting something. Should I leave on longer? View answer

I will be removing my manual timer; however, I have a salt cell that currently is powered through the timer. Will I need to install a junction box and make my connections there and then on to the pump? It seems like the logical choice. View answer

How do I control my RJ-45+ Salt Chlorine Generator with this Pump. Do I just run continuous power to the salt generator and let the flow switch turn it on and off, or is there a better way? Thanks in advance..... View answer

Can this pump be converted to a 115v power supply? I didn't see any instructions to do so in the instruction manual and the outside panel of the wiring unit is too small in the pictures to read. Thanks! View answer

If I connect this to an external timer, will this start self priming when power is connected? Also can you set the default speed it will then lower itself too automatically? It needs to retain this setting since external timer will disconnect power. View answer

Does this pump have a set of auxiliary contacts? I have a 400,000BTU gas heater that requires a certain amount of flow across the heat exchanger to operate safely and efficiently. If not, can you offer a simple solution to that requirement? I currently have a 2.5HP 2 speed pump running through a timer, a pair speed dip switches, and a pair of relays (Blue Haven control panel). There's 1 relay for each speed. The high speed control circuit interlocks with the heater. Thanks. View answer

For the pump CircuPool SmartFlo® Variable Speed Pool Pump 1.5, if it does not use the old mechanical timer, how do you control the attached cleaner booster pump. It is currently wired where the pump must be on for it to be on. View answer
