I have an existing old school Hayward chlorinator (the kind you put tablets in). It looks like the Circupool 35 would fit right in that same spot if I took the Hayward chlorinator out. Do you know if that is the same length, where the new Circupool would fit in that same spot? View answer

I bought the phosphate test strip kit from you. I says I need to dip strip in a vial and compare water color change to card for phosphate level. What vial? There was none in kit and there is no reference to vial size in documentation. Without it strips are useless...help!! View answer

How often do I clean the Reactor. We only used the pool 4-6 months of the year. Only our children along with our grandkids(about 10 max). Is there something that would tell me that it is time to service/clean the reactor and the water filter. I have the CircuPool Core 35 series and my system error LED light is blinking..I have made sure I cleaned the cell with acid and my pool chemistry is correct and there is a small drip under the control panel. Will these rings help seal that better and maybe correct the light flashing? View answer

My pipe size is 1.5 inch. I gather this system is 2” and I wish to install this unit in place of an in-line Hayward chlorination. Each hook up is screen fittings wit a threaded union. I want to make it easy and likely I will need the reducer from 2” to 1.5”. Any suggestions? View answer

Will this work on my system. I bought a salt cell T15 from you guys. The board reads 4000 amount of salt. I got it checked by Pinch a Penny pool store and it said 3100. I think the board is bad. Then i put my old salt cell back on and it read 3500 but it stills generating chlorin. The new salt cell does the same thing. View answer
