I have always used Hayward T-15 replacement cells and only get about 3 seasons (May - September) out of the units. Will your unit give me at least one more season? View answer

I have a pool that was installed around 2008 (bought the house after it had been here several years) which has a Hayward Goldline AquaRite Salt system that currently has a T-CELL-15 40,000 gallon pool cell installed. The firmware version is r 1.40. Is there a replacement cell that would be plug and play that will work with this version, or is there a way to update the firmware?Thanks View answer

does it matter which way the cell is installed or replaced. The cell replacement or original does not show arrow in or arrow out to pump. Please reply ASAP View answer

I have a Breeze Slat Water Chlorinator.. It was put in about 4 years ago.. The cell kept getting gunked up with a white substanvce and the pool guy said he was cleaning it off every two weeks..doubtful - as since I came back for good it has not happened again..but now, the white cloudy substance (Chlorine) is not coming into the cell although the cell is still vibrating.. Is there a problem solving chart for this? Also, if I need to buy a new cell how do I knwo which one..Thank you for any help Mary View answer

I have a Hayward Blue Essence Salt Cell. There is no ""T"" designation on it, but it states its for pools up to 20,000 gallons. Will this T9 cell be a compatible replacement? I have verified that my controller supports T3, T5, T9, & T15. View answer

Will this work with a 10 year old Haywood gold bond system ? Your web site showed (2) salt generators (Haywood) one with a single year warranty and the swcond one a 3 year ? View answer

I have a SG 3000. The cell is heating up after pump is off causing plastic cover to shrink. Also have an air bubble.Status light is blinking.. What do you suggest? Can not get cell out.Sam Barfield View answer
