The original is rated for 60,000 gallons and produces >2lbs of chlorine per day. My Pool is 45,000 gallons so will this adequately handle the chlorine requirement? View answer

Only 2 plates that are connected to each other on my SGS Breeze 540 show calcium build-up and need to be manually cleaned frequently as if they no longer self-clean. The other 3 plates that are connected to each other appear non-functional because I'm not generating enough chlorine with only 40% functionality. My current IC-40 board in the control panel is partly out (~$240). I do have power to the cell and the lights on the cell are working. However, the salt levels are not being displayed on the control panel. Would this control board need to be repaired to use this salt cell? View answer

I have always ran my pump 100% of the time and my pentair ic40 just went out after 7 years. As long as I set the salt generator correctly is it ok if I run my pool pump continuously View answer
