My current Pentaire I 40TH (I think) allows me to view, change percentage output and read salt level thru my phone app....will this allow me to do the same via the app? if not, are there any? View answer

I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says "inspect cell". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. I tried that and the light is still on. Do you think it is simply used up. Is there any way to check to see if it has any life left? View answer

The inner plastic ring on my CMP 540 has several cracks around the perimeter causing water to leak out of the housing. The salt generator is working fine. Is there a way to replace the plastic "cap" without replacing the entire cell? View answer

My ask Jay 55 circuit pole is leaking. The blue and where the power cord attaches is cracked. The cell works fine but loosing water. This is the second time I have an issue. I'm looking for a replacement for ECOmatic ESC 16, 240V up to 15,000 gal. I note it is out of stock. I see that the ic20 aftermarket replacement does more. My only worry is that it will run constantly. does the flow switch stop the salt generation when the pump is off? If so, I see no reason for the communication cable anyway. Is there any reason not to replace pentair with aftermarket? View answer
