I had purchased this unit last fall and was never able to connect it to Wifi so returned it. I tried Maytronics Customer Service but they just kept saying to send in for service, since it was $60 to send for service I just returned the entire unit. I used it a couple of times and liked it overall. My question, I believe that bluetooth (from the phone app) is used for the initial connection and then it is set-up on wifi. Is this correct? The phone app could never find the unit. View answer

I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says ""inspect cell"". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned. I tried that and the light is still on. Do you think it is simply used up. Is there any way to check to see if it has any life left? View answer

The inner plastic ring on my CMP 540 has several cracks around the perimeter causing water to leak out of the housing. The salt generator is working fine. Is there a way to replace the plastic ""cap"" without replacing the entire cell? View answer

I have the breeze 320 and the chlorinator will not shut off after the pump shuts off. I read that it has an internal flow sensor but it has no part number for this problem. View answer

I have had this unit for just over 4 months. The percent generating is no longer working. For the last week the chlorine level in the pool has been very high. I have been bringing the generation down from the normal 40% to 30%, 20% and finaly 10%. The cell generate light never turns off, no matter when I look at it, it is on, unless I go to 0%. I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. So I just got done cleaning my filter, remove the cell and cleaned it as well and added salt to the pool. I feel I put too much in because I’m getting a high salinity alarm. I have a 16,000 gallon inground gunite pool, with heater, Ultra UV2 light, inline tablet chlorinator and want to switch to a SWG. Can I install a RJ-60+ or is that too big? My ask Jay 55 circuit pole is leaking. The blue and where the power cord attaches is cracked. The cell works fine but loosing water. This is the second time I have an issue.
