Do customers have any issues with only being able to adjust output in 10% increments? I typically adjust my intellichlor up/down in smaller increments. View answer

I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says ""inspect cell"". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned.
