I recently purchased the Waterco CC150 from you and installed it. From the very start, the pressure gauge reads zero. I removed the gauge to see if it had anything blocking it, reinstalled and it never reads anything but zero. I don't think this is normal. Shouldn't it have a reading while the pump is running? I have a 40000 gallon pool with a hayward aquarite goldline plus system. My old cell kept giving a low salt reading so i put in more salt several times but it did not change. I ordered your replacement cell and the diagnostics said 6400 ppm salt level. I drained maybe 15,000 gallons and refilled it and the salt reading in diagnostics is still 6400 ppm. Any suggestions? I had purchased this unit last fall and was never able to connect it to Wifi so returned it. I tried Maytronics Customer Service but they just kept saying to send in for service, since it was $60 to send for service I just returned the entire unit. I used it a couple of times and liked it overall. My question, I believe that bluetooth (from the phone app) is used for the initial connection and then it is set-up on wifi. Is this correct? The phone app could never find the unit. View answer

I bought a CIFCGEN IC40 from you March 1, 2022. It has worked fine. Now, however, the light is on that says "inspect cell". The troubleshooting guide says this could mean it needs to be cleaned.
