I need to remove and reinstall the salt cell container unit on my CircuPool RJ-30 PLUS Salt Chlorine Generator. That means that I'll need new collars. Is the Part Number: "COLLAR-RJN" the collar that threads to both ends of the salt cell capsule? View answer

I've decided to go with the CORE55 unit. The installation video looks pretty simple, but the piping is 2" and I have 1.5" pipes and the total span I'll be install the unit into is 14-15 inches.Does the unit come with adapters for 1.5" pipe and is the span from the filter to the return too short? Hi, I’ve been shopping for a salt system for months and think the core-15 system should be perfect for my needs. I’ve watched all the videos and read everything there is....I can’t seem to locate a spot in our pipes to install it. Is there anybody who could maybe look at pictures or video call to help? Thanks View answer

I have a variable speed pump that controls all the timing onboard and the pump shuts off at night. If I directly wire this unit to a breaker can I just use the flow valve to control the chlorinator? The wiring instructions show it being wired to a timer, which I don't have in my system. View answer

Hello! I have an AstralPool generator from Australia, that is long past it's use. I'm looking to see how compatible your unit is as far as fittings. The configuration of my plumbing is such, that I need a similar unit. Tried AstralPool, but website ain't so hot. Thanks, Jeff C. View answer

I purchased a Circupool UL40 Salt generator to replace an old Hayward. I guess I never noticed it before but the control unit is very warm if not hot to the touch. I do not smell burning wires and no breakers or fuses have been tripped. Unit is wired directly into a pool timer so it runs only 9 hours a day. Digital display says everything is within proper operating parameters. Can anyone tell me if the heat issue is normal? View answer

I recently purchased a house with an inground pool that is approximately 10 to 11,000 gallons. I want to convert it from chlorine to a saltwater system and am decided to go with the circu pool core 35 system. My question is does the salt system go in place of where my chlorine feeder is now? Any info would be appreciated as I plan on installing myself and do not want to damage anything. I can also include a picture however it will not let me upload it in this question section.
